Preheat The Oven – The optimum heating temperature is 350°F (175°C), so preheat your oven up till then. Don’t forget to grease a 9x5” loaf pan.
Combine The Ingredients – Start by beating the egg, mashing the bananas, and combining them with vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Mix the Remaining Ingredients – The next step is to mix the other ingredients, such as salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and protein powder, in another bowl. Slowly add the flour and start whisking to mix correctly. Keep whisking until the ingredients are mixed properly.
Add the above two mixtures together and keep stirring.
Pan and Bake – Finally, pour the properly mixed batter onto the bread that you have placed first on the pan.
Bake and Wait – The baking takes about 60 minutes, so leave it like that at standard heat. You can start checking every 5-7 minutes at the 45-minute mark with a toothpick. As soon as the pricked toothpick comes out clean, you can take it out for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick that you insert into the center comes out clean.
