I was looking for a protein shake that didn't cost an arm and a leg but still had a good protein to per scoop ratio. This is the one I found on google. I use it twice a day, once when I wake up after my workout. I've been using it for about a month while maintaining 4 days a week minimum at the gym. It seems to be effective. The mixability is good and the taste is amazing
