I bought Gummy Shark and Rainbow Belts; these are very easy to drink. No bloating, no sugar, no lactose. The candy flavours are very nearly perfect. Though 1 scoop in 250 ml is a bit much for me; it still tastes great in about 750 ml. These powders have worked excellently in tricking my brain from craving candies, as I had hoped; I haven't had any candies since I started consuming these. My doctor appreciates it, too, since I'm T2 diabetic with a gnarly sweet tooth.. lol Only downside so far is how much it foams during shaking, dissipates kinda slowly. Powder clumps in regular bottles, clogging spouts and threads of twist-on caps despite silicone seals. No issues with the metal shaker cup I also purchased from Revolution Nutrition if I use the following directions. I have found 300 ml of cold water, gentle swirling to get most of the powder dissolved, then vigorously shaking in a shaker cup before adding it to the other 200-300 ml of water in my gym water bottle is the best results. Still some clumped up chunks, but really quite small and bearable. Still better than the vegan protein (i'm lactose intolerant) powder I also use. Highly, highly recommend this product.
