i make smoothies with them. sometimes I put some of it on my ice cream to make new flavors lol either way it tastes amazing. I heard some people use whey to make cake but I never tried that
my first concern about taking whey is stomach issues. thankfully revolution nutrition products goes well with digestion, never had a problem

Love this protein powder! I have a sensitive digestive tract and this is very easy for me to digest and doesn’t cause breakouts like other powders. It blends easily and is super creamy, not chalky!! the tase is unbelievable which is why I keep coming back for this whey. If u think it gets a little foamy, you have to shake the bottle in a horizontal circular motion and let it sit for a minute and you are good to go.
