macros are decent, the taste is immaculate, it doesnt mix very and takes a little while but it mixes well after lengthy vigorous shaking
I am diabetic, and the great flavor has helped curbed my desire for sugary sweets.
First flavours I got were vanilla cake and strawberry and they did not disappoint!! An amazing taste on the birthday cake one, I don't even add sweetener to it.

I have tried several different flavours, and all mix well in water, almond milk, and greek yogurt! Flavour profiles - I've tried Pumpkin Spice, Iced Cappuccino, Vanilla Cake, Chocolate Mint Ice Cream, and Peanut Butter Cup. Peanut Butter Cup was my least favourite (although I only had a sample of it, and would definitely give it another chance as this was the first flavour I tried, and I might not have mixed with with the right ratios for me) As for the others - All Phenomenal!! I tend to mix with almond milk, and use as a creamer in my morning coffee, but also have mixed all with water to get the bare taste, and mix with plain Greek Yogurt for a treat. The Pumpkin Spice was great to get my PSL cravings satisfied, and the Iced Cappuccino is faboulous in coffee, and will be GREAT as an iced coffee this summer. Vanilla Cake is amazing as a coffee creamer when mixed with a little almond milk, or added to a smoothie with berries! The Chocolate Mint Ice Cream is just devine! My favourite out of all of them so far, especially mixed with greek yogurt as a snack!
Just received my first order and tried it out, so good! Immediately came back to order another flavour.
I love coffee and I tried the iced cappuccino protein powder, I lol forward to it every day and crave it daily too! I mix it with oat milk and it’s unreal🤤🤤
I'm giving this protein powder 5 star because I think it's really good quality protein. However, the banana chocolate is not my favorite flavor but that is a personal preference, I'm not the biggest fan of banana. This flavor was a given to me as a gift. I also tried the peanut butter chocolate, Phenomenal!! I really wish the lemon meringue wasn't discontinued. That one so far was my favorite and I was about to order it, but its now gone *sniffles*
