i make smoothies with them. sometimes I put some of it on my ice cream to make new flavors lol either way it tastes amazing. I heard some people use whey to make cake but I never tried that

the tase is unbelievable which is why I keep coming back for this whey. If u think it gets a little foamy, you have to shake the bottle in a horizontal circular motion and let it sit for a minute and you are good to go.
