- 1½ lb (700 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 white onion, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Maple protein marinade:
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 scoop Creatine Monohydrate
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, protein powder, lemon juice, garlic, and spices until smooth.
