This protein ended up exceeding my expectations. I picked it up after seeing it on youtube and I'm quite glad that I did. Got 2 6lbs on during the BOGO sale. Will definitely buy again.
I use it twice a day, once when I wake up after my workout. I've been using it for about a month while maintaining 4 days a week minimum at the gym. It seems to be effective. The mixability is good and the taste is amazing
