I've tasted a lot of brands of protein and this one hands down is the tastiest while also being cheap for more. Vanilla taste like ice cream add frozen strawberries and bananas for a shake that tastes like a McDonald's strawberry shake! Awesome healthy sweet tooth killer!
I tried it in my morning (HOT) coffee this morning and it was amazing.
I have been loving my ice cap protein every morning. I've never been more consistent with a shake but I think it's because this one is so tasty. I replaced my morning sugary coffee with this protein and I have shed some weight almost 10lbs the first month and I have way more energy. I even have started waking up a bit before my alarm and I don't have to drag myself out of bed. LOVE THIS! get it! I can't wait to try more flavors.
My favorite is Vanilla Cake. I mix with 1% milk. Very delicious. The price is awesome and the shipping turnaround time is the best as well.

Been using this protein for over 6 months, love chocolate cake, vanilla cake and peanut butter cup are my favorites. I'm always looking for a whey protein sale and oddly enough most of the time the "sale" price is seemingly the regular price. Would be nice to have a "true" sale and list the product for its regular price for what it actually is. Bf and i have spent over 600 on these this year and always looking for a deal. I haven't seen the high whey on for 139 which is said to be regular price.
This review is for the Vanilla Cake flavor. The first time I tried this protein powder I used a regular shaker cup and water. The flavor was good but the consistency was a little weird. Kind of thick and different than what I was used to. The second time I decided to try to blend the powder with ice and a little splash of water and I am so glad that I did. It tastes EXACTLY like a vanilla milkshake. It is delicious and I actually look forward to working out just so I can have a “protein milkshake” afterwards. For 6 pounds of protein powder at $55 you can’t beat it. I’ll definitely be buying again if the price stays the same.
I tried 3 flavours so far (pumpkin spice latte, iced cappuccino, and chocolate cake) they are so good! A great way to get protein and I mix it into my overnight oats for breakfast!
