No way this is protein. Jokes aside I feel amazing after having my isolate sour watermelon shake. I feel my muscles are being taken care of and the next day I have zero pain. Recommended

I have low tolerance of milk and byproducts of it so whey protein has been excluded from my diet. My neighbor and friend brought up isolate splash on a conversation and she suggested it would be the best option if I needed protein and if that would not work then nothing else would. She was right. It has no lactase or an insignificant amount otherwise I would have known.
