I have avoided protein shakes for a while. I tried many and I was disappointed. They were heavy to my stomach. My trainer suggested isolate splash and I give it a try. Did not look back after that. Wow. Didn’t expect it to be this smooth...Tastes like a refreshing cocktail, mixed with icy cold water and left to settle for a few seconds as per instructions. Very refreshing. A little sweet but still very good.
I dont feel the powder taste some shakes have. Must be the isolate and the candies that blend well together. Also the fact that it contains no lactose helps with digestion
Actually the fact that it’s clear entirely makes you feel like you’re just having a refreshment! I could have it as a drink instead of soda or juice and I do.
