With a blender and a few cubes of ice it mixes with a nice consistency. it like you're having a fresh smoothie.

Thankful am able to order this product from Canada. Came across this product in Lakeland, Florida about 4-5 years ago from a representative for the product at a GNC. If it wasn’t for the representative and his enthusiasm and also ability to provide a sample, I may never have known this product. Later the product was not available til now for me!I never forgot it, nothing compared to it. Being one that doesn’t eat meat so much and tired of the standard whey that are milky and have caused me gastric discomfort at times and the time to make a shake in the morning… This product checks all the boxes for me; great taste, many great flavors to choose from, much needed protein, very convenient (just add water, shake it up and go!) cost effective!
