A few years ago I walked into a supplement store wanting a pre workout with no beta-alanine as I struggled with the tingly feeling and this is what I was recommended and it really has changed my world in the gym! It keeps me incredibly focused and gives me the pump I need, it doesn't give me too much energy that I'm running around everywhere which I love, it is just the right amount. I love angry yeti, and I am very excited to try sneaky clown and crazy Santa. Highly recommend this product out of all their products
To start with the good, was a fan of the more natural pump I got from this pre-workout. No crashes like other stimulant laden products, which was great to work with. Now, in regards to the taste (lizard lick), it was lacking. The flavour profile says it tastes like sour watermelon, problem is...it’s not sour at all. It tastes as if the sour watermelon slices had all the actual sour taken off them. Both me and my gf found it incredibly sweet, which was disappointing. I was going to go with crazy Santa (love sour cherry), but I feel like I already know that it will have the same problem. Overall, average pre, definitely not worth it unless it’s on sale.
I really like the ingredients in this pre and the amounts of everything. I tried sneaky clown, which was good but I'm definately ready to try zombie sweat I think. It's a bit pricey so I definately wait for sales on this one. Give it a try!

Love this, doesn't give you jitters or heart pounding stimulation. It helps me concentrate so much, I usually take it during the day when start feeling tired or crashing.
Doesn't give me any jitters or other side effects. Gives me the extra push I need. All flavours are delicious like all Revolution products.
