Ingredients

 

  • Brown rice cereal – 4 cups
  • Honey – ½ cup (you can also use agave nectar)
  • Peanut butter – ½ cup (natural or almond butter is also a good choice)
  • Whey Protein Powder – 1 scoop of Krispy Marshmallow flavor (from Revolution Nutrition)
  • Optional – Dark chocolate chips or dried fruit for added flavor

 

 

Instructions

 

Dry Mixing – In a large bowl, mix the brown rice cereal with a scoop of protein powder.

 

Wet Mixing – In a saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter over low heat until smoothly combined. Pour the natural peanut butter mixture over the cereal and mix until well coated to make well-textured rice crispy treats.
