Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2–4 tablespoons water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional
  • Fresh strawberries and kiwi slices for garnish, optional

Preparation

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, kiwi, protein powder, lime juice, and honey or maple syrup to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, gradually adding water or coconut water as needed. Use only enough liquid to help the mixture blend while maintaining a thick, sorbet-like consistency.
  3. Serve immediately for a soft sorbet texture.
  4. For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours.
  5. Let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping. Garnish with fresh strawberry or kiwi slices, if desired.
