  • 2 scoops High Whey Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

 

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
