2 slices of whole-grain or high-fiber bread

1 scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake 

2 egg whites (or 1 whole egg + 1 egg white)

⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any dairy-free milk)

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Cooking spray or a little coconut oil

Optional toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, sugar-free syrup, nut butter

 

 

Preparation
