Ingredients (2 servings – 4 tacos)

 

For the chicken:

  • 10 oz (280 g) chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lime

 

For the protein crema:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1–2 tbsp water (to thin)
  • Pinch of salt

 

For assembling:

  • 4 small whole-grain or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Season the chicken: Toss chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  3. Prepare the protein crema: In a bowl, whisk yogurt, protein powder, lime juice, water, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Warm the tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble the tacos: Add cabbage, cooked chicken, tomatoes, and drizzle with protein crema. Garnish with cilantro and lime.
