  • 1 scoop Revolution Nutrition Isolate Splash (any flavour of your choice)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons unflavoured gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Heat the coconut water and water in a saucepan until warm (not boiling).
  2. Add the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder and honey.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
