This overnight cookie dough recipe is the perfect no-bake treat. It's creamy, indulgent, and ideal for post-workout fuel or a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop High Whey Cookie Dough Ice Cream
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • A pinch of salt

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Add in the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Slowly stir in the almond milk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
