Ingredients (2 servings)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk or oat milk
- 1 scoop High Whey Chocolate Cake
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
- Fresh berries
- Dark chocolate shavings
- Coconut flakes
Preparation
- In a bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until thick and mousse-like.
- Before serving, stir again and add toppings if desired.
