  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 scoops High Whey Protein (Vanilla Cake)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

 

Instructions

 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pecans, protein powder, cinnamon, and shredded coconut if using.
  2. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
