Frozen Strawberry Protein Yogurt Bark

This frozen strawberry protein yogurt bark is creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet—the perfect high-protein snack or dessert that's as easy to make as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or a high-protein yogurt alternative)
  • 1 scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut (optional)

Preparation

1. Prepare the yogurt base

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and honey (if using).

Whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

2. Assemble the bark

Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper.

Spread the yogurt mixture into an even layer, about ¼ to ½ inch thick.

Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly across the surface.

Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut, if desired.

3. Freeze

Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.

4. Break into pieces

Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and let it sit for 2–3 minutes.

Break or cut into bite-sized pieces.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
