But I used swole before whole body workouts plus cardio and it kept me going for hours and hours of weight training and had me chomping at the bit for nice long hikes right after even the most intense sessions. I don’t know if it’s just because it enabled me to push harder but I had 0 trouble limiting my calorie intake on days I took it despite shooting passed all previous caloric burn goals. i love everything about this product, it's a very good pre work out. But the flavors though. they really aren't my thing. i wish they did normal types of flavors. not too fruity and mixed
