I love this product. I have the birthday cake flavor. I use it to make protein pancakes every morning. 1 egg , 2 big spoon fulls of whipped cream cheese, 2 scoops of protein powder and a little water. Cook in butter. They are amazing and you’d never know they were low carb and not made with pancake mix

I'm happy, the cappucchino is good with water, wow! How much does represent 1 scoop =1 tbs? I dont have a kitchen balance. Thank you

i love this flavor as it imitates coffee but it is super sweet. when i add it to other mixtures of stuff, it's almost too sweet. but i will purchase more :) and as for the gym, workouts are great and this stuff is a great pre workout supplement.

The taste!!! Literally out of this world I think they know how to make protein powder tastes absolutely natural not like artificial flavors with obvious protein taste I’ve tried Cookies&Cream (didn’t tasted like cookies&cream; it’s more like milkshake), Chocolate Banana(THE BEST; tastes like lttiBitz Banana split flavor), chocolate cake (rich choco flavor; higher quality than myprotein choco flavor), birthday cake (creamy vanilla ice cream flavor) Everything goes well with yogurt bowl, shakes, fruits they blend well with water but the texture is very dense and almost gooey so you need to mix a bit more liquid It doesn’t cause bloating or gassy feeling in my gut I’ve been a myprotein user but now I’m fully switched to this one and no regret!! My dad who never tried protein powder, and he really obsessed with choco banana flavor and he mixes it with his milk and granola as a nice breakie! HIGHLY RECOMMEND👍🏻👍🏻

I have got the vanilla cake and the iso pineapple cocktail. I think both are good but it is sweet. The flavor is good and I was not expecting it to be good. But again, i wish was not that sweet.

Not the best macros because it's a blend with both whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate. The milk protein concentrate especially really nerfs the protein-to-calorie ratio. But I like that High Whey doesn't contain filler calories like Maltodextrin like some of their competitors do. And there's no amino acid spiking. And the protein-to-dollar ratio is cheaper than Iso Whey and most competitors in the market. The Birthday Cake, Cookies 'N Cream and Iced Capp flavours taste great. I think Birthday Cake takes the edge over Cookies 'N Cream and Iced Capp. Best flavour I tried so far. I love blending Birthday Cake powder with homo milk (3.25%). Especially 3.25% Neilson Protein or Natrel Plus milk for extra protein. But Birthday cake still tastes great with skim milk, Fairlife 0% and water too. I also like the Birthday Cake powder in my oatmeal. It's also good for making no bake recipes. Like Birthday Cake spread to put on bread or rice cakes. I wasn't too crazy about Maple Syrup Donut, Pumpkin Spice Latte, Peanut Butter Cup, S'Mores, Creme Chocolate Egg (discontinued) and Strawberry Shortcake. Though I am liking Strawberry Shortcake powder in my oatmeal. It's been awhile since I've had Chocolate Cake (Fall 2022). I remember the powder being messy back then. But every powder I've tried from them in 2023 onward has been less messy. Vanilla Cake Iso Whey was good. Haven't tried High Whey of that yet. High Whey is great for bulking and recomping. If you are cutting and don't mind paying extra, get Iso Whey.
