 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/4 cup natural almond butter or peanut butter
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 2–4 tbsp milk of choice (as needed for consistency)
 - Optional: 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
