Protein Brownie Balls

These protein brownie balls are the perfect no-bake treat—rich, fudgy, and packed with protein to fuel your day or your post-workout recovery.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup High Whey Chocolate Cake
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup natural almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–4 tbsp milk of choice (as needed for consistency)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
  • Optional coating: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or melted chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Adjust consistency: Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time if the dough is too dry.
  4. Add extras: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  5. Shape: Roll dough into small balls (about 1 inch).
  6. Optional coating: Roll the balls in cocoa powder, coconut, or drizzle with melted chocolate.
  7. Chill: Place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
