  • 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (adjust for sourness)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • 1 scoop Iso Whey Vanilla Cake
  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin (or 1½ tsp agar-agar for plant-based)
  • ¼ cup water

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Blend strawberries and lemon juice until completely smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and warm gently over low heat.
  3. In a small bowl, bloom gelatin with water for 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk protein powder into the warm strawberry mixture until smooth.
  5. Add bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved (do not boil).
  6. Pour mixture into silicone gummy molds.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.
  8. For extra sour kick, lightly dust with a mix of lemon zest and a pinch of citric acid (optional).
