National Chocolate Mousse Day

A rich and creamy chia chocolate mousse made with cocoa and protein powder. This healthy, no-bake dessert is packed with fiber, protein, and indulgent chocolate flavor.

Ingredients (2 servings)

 

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 scoop High Whey Chocolate Cake
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

 

Optional toppings:

  • Fresh berries
  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Coconut flakes

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until thick and mousse-like.
  4. Before serving, stir again and add toppings if desired.
