  • 55 g elbow macaroni (preferably high-protein pasta if available)
  • ½ scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake
  • ⅓ cup shredded light cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp lactose-free Greek yogurt (or dairy-free high-protein yogurt alternative)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional, for extra cheesy flavor)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or ½ tsp butter (optional)
