Mes collègues m’ont fortement conseillés cette protéine de Revolution appelé Iso-Whey. Après avoir acheté plusieurs pots, je peux vous assurer que toutes les saveurs sont plus que délicieuses et ma saveur préféré est crême glacée menthe et Chocolat. La protéine se mélange très facilement et je me prends un scoop mélangé dans 8oz d'eau au lieu de ma collation en après-midi et ça me soutient jusqu’à l’heure du souper. Le goût fait en sorte que j’aime maintenant mieux prendre un shake que de manger des cochonneries.
