I wanted to write a review sooner but haven’t had time. Just to keep it simple yes it is great and yes it will help u achieve your goals and give you the results. But you have to work out and push your self as well. You can not Not workout and drink and think hey it’s not working. I have a friend who bought this product and does 0 workouts and says it’s no good and I explained to her that she has to do her part of work and the iso whey will help and do it’s part. As soon as she applied herself she saw the difference a good workout Routine and with the help of the iso whey she was very pleased with her results !!!!
