Recommended Use
Vitamin C can be consumed any time during your daily active routine. The recommended dose for adults is: 1 scoop 1-2 times per day.
Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Use a shaker bottle or a mixer for better results.
How to take
Mix 1 heaping scoop (2g) of Vitamin C in 4-6oz (120-175ml) of cold water before consumption.
Vitamin C is already delicious on it's own, but you can turn it into a slush drink with blended crushed ice or any other guilt-free drink.

I have just received this the taste is amazing it says to add 1 scoop for 4-6oz I added it to 6oz a little too sweet so from now on I’ll add maybe a few more oz of water to even the taste out please make more flavours a nice way to get a good dose of daily vitamin c thanks revolution nutrition I’m glad I’ve discovered you!!!
