Recommended Use

Mix 1/2 scoop (8.5g) of TNT™ in 8oz (250ml) of cold water immediately before consumption.

I used TNT before a run. It provided me with a boost of energy, I didn’t crash afterwards and although I used it at the end of the day, it didn’t keep me up at night. Moreover, I didn’t experience any digestive issues at all during and after the run. Very easy to digest! I chose the Blue Shark flavour and loved it.
