To maximize absorption, Swole has been fortified with high-quality Black Pepper Extract containing 95% of Piperine.
Mix 1 scoop (20 g) 1-2 times per day, in 12 oz (355 ml) of water immediately before consumption. Consume 45-90 minutes prior to exercising. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Wait 3-4 hours between each dose.
