This is excellent mid boxing. I sweat a huge amount and Thai stuff keeps my muscles moving.
Promotes a better build as opposed to protein powders, gives a much better ratio of BCAA'S that promote energy recovery. I use 15g of EAA powder with 1.5g of creatine in 32 oz of fluid, much better for my workouts.
