It is mouthwatering. Most enjoyable protein shake. It contains my appetite for sweet stuff like candy and cookies which are not good because of all the sugar. This has just natural sweeteners and it tastes like as if it has sugar. You can add as much water as you want depending on how sweet you like it to be. All flavors are good I guess. I have had most and like to alter then every week. I have recommended it to everyone I know and the ones that listen I get thanked from.
