It is so hard to go training when I lack motivation mostly in the summer. I push myself to go and I never regret. It is just getting to go that is the harder part. When I get myself to the cabinet and prepare my shake is when the decision has been made and I am on my way. I can only good things about this product as it helps to build that routine and make it more enjoyable.
