After my workout I need something refreshing like isolate splash. I have not found something similar. What is cool is that lost of other revolution products have the same flavours. So often I do mix and match.
I find it much lighter than normal whey and isolate. Goes smooth with cold water after a quick mix.

I have not been in favor of protein shakes. It felt like eating a whole meal and the milkiness was bothering me so I bought a few and ended up to my friends or family cause I don't like to throw things in the garbage. Not easy to find good protein these days. Most taste bad, are not easy to mix, have aftertaste, are not effective. Isolate Splash checks out on all categories. I completed my order today in which I have two new flavours to try!
