I make my shake and add couple of ice cubes to dilute the shake and make it feel like I am drinking a summery fruit cocktail.

it mixes well and has no foam whatsoever, but I usually add more water than the instructions to lower the sweetness.
sour watermelon was good tasting, i purchased the candy peach once but I liked the watermelon better.
