this drink is surprisingly light and with zero digestion difficulties
this is such a refreshing option for summer. it tastes like a fruity smoothie with protein which makes me feel like I'm doing something healthy for my body hahaha
it's a bit sweet for my liking so I add a little more water and it's alright
the thing is that I get really bloated when I drink whey. for some reason, this type of protein digests better and I don't feel that heavy afterwards.
I would love to try all the flavors they're all really delicious
because it has all these fun flavors, at first I thought this one should be low on protein. but that's not the case. it has 24 grams of protein in each serving which to me seems quite enough hahaha
i tried the sour cherry to begin with. it was nice. but now I'm here for the cotton candy one. it sounds really tempting. let u all know how it went
