I have been using this for a bit now and it's a great product . Get a good work out , the leaves my muscles pumped up . Only issue I have is it doesn't mix well , I have to shake it a few time and swirl the last bit with extra water to get it all .

the flavors are a bit fruity/candy like which is not my thing. and makes taking it a little hard. But it is doing what it is supposed to.
