Mix 1 heaping scoop (35g) of isolate splash™ in 6.8-8.5oz (200-250ml) of cold water before consumption.
Isolate Splash™ is already delicious on it's own, but you can turn our protein blend into a slush drink with blended crushed ice or any other guilt-free drink.

I purchased the red raspberries flavour and there were two things of note for me: I don't like the flavour, and when mixed this gets SUPER foamy and it takes a really long time for the foam to dissipate. In terms of the flavour, when drinking it straight, it has a sour, almost bitter, bite for me which isn't terribly pleasant. I'm going to try preparing it "smoothie style" with fruit mix-ins to improve the flavour but this not a flavour I would choose again. That said, I'm still looking forward to trying other flavours since the low lactose formula is a big plus for me!
This by far is my most favorite way to take in protein with these wonderful flavors. I'm not a big dairy product so I don't care for the dairy whey protein, so this product is fantastic. I do not like how it takes forever for the lumps to break down I shake and shake and shake. I wish there was a more quicker dissolvable formula. But other than that no other complaints.
Tasty products, love them but they don't mix well in water, always lumpy. I use a blender and then strain the lumps

What a difference from traditional protein shakes. Almost like drinking flavored water. Currently in a bulking phase and drink 4 to 5 of these a day no problem. I would highly recommend to anyone

I have tried the peach flavour so far and it's great! I feel much less bloated than I do with milky protein shakes. They are pretty sweet so I use more water than I normally would. I'm so excited to try more flavours. My only wish is for them to be easier to buy in Canada
I have tried several different flavours so far and they are very sweet...I fill my shaker cup full of water. My favorites so far are Grape and Sour Cherry!
