I was not a big fan of protein. The reason was that it made me bloated and gassy. Although this doesn't happen to everyone but there are a few people that have the same discomfort as me. I thought of trying isolate splash after a friends suggestion. It looked promising just by the looks of it. I do not regret my decision. I have finally found the protein that is right for me
This is clearly the best protein. The taste is awesome. It mixes in a couple of shakes in water. I like the flavors I have tried. My wife likes it too.

I used to spend money on shakes at the gym but this is way cheaper and better. Not heavy and no sugar. I prefer isolate splash. I always bring the jar and shaker with me, in my gym bag.
