Recommended Use
Vitamin C can be consumed any time during your daily active routine. The recommended dose for adults is: 1 scoop 1-2 times per day.
Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Use a shaker bottle or a mixer for better results.
How to take
Mix 1 heaping scoop (2g) of Vitamin C in 4-6oz (120-175ml) of cold water before consumption.
Vitamin C is already delicious on it's own, but you can turn it into a slush drink with blended crushed ice or any other guilt-free drink.

Love the taste and the price
I got the Peach flavor and it tastes amazing. However, if I am being honest, I am not someone who likes things super sweet, so I take one (sometimes half) scoop and fill my entire shaker bottle with it. Heck sometimes I drink half and then refill it again with water to further dilute it. If buying, grab it while its on sale. Tastes literally like peach juice.
I thought gummy vitamins were fantastic until drinking the literal liquid candy deliciousness of the fuzzy peach flavour.
I use a frother to mix it into water. Easiest way to dissolve it completely.
Love this product, and my kids love it too.
Love this product. Had the peach and cherry and both are excellent. My kids like it too and so much better then the sugar, junk stuff kids usually drink.
