Recommended Use
Vitamin C can be consumed any time during your daily active routine. The recommended dose for adults is: 1 scoop 1-2 times per day.
Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Use a shaker bottle or a mixer for better results.
How to take
Mix 1 heaping scoop (2g) of Vitamin C in 4-6oz (120-175ml) of cold water before consumption.
Vitamin C is already delicious on it's own, but you can turn it into a slush drink with blended crushed ice or any other guilt-free drink.

If you didn't add the sucralose to your products, I'd be a lifetime customer. I loved the flavours and the ease of your products. I have a wishlist of do many I'd like to try...but for that sucralose!!! It gives me headaches and I've read it can be dangerous. If you used only stevia, is be ordering regularly!
