I just started using it before cycling workouts. It deliverers. I do get a tanking feeling in my face. I though I was imagining it but many reviews about that. Still I would recommend and I will continue using.

Tried a full scoop after lunch and I couldn’t sleep at night. Beta makes my face tingle a bit - wouldn’t mind removing that ingredient. I was unstoppable at the gym but I’m going with half a scoop next time. Can’t beat the price for what you’re getting!
