I have an irregular heartbeat so preworkouts have never been a safe option for me. But this was described as more than a regular stimulant drink so I thought I’d try it. One of the best ingredients for muscle recovery. Usually carnitine is not pleasant to the taste but in the carnitine cooler you can barely taste carnitine
This is by far my favorite fat-burner. I have used it with excellent results for my last two competition preps. It tastes amazing, it's a nice tiny scoop, and I even dry scoop it sometimes. This has become a staple in my supplements cupboard. The combination of L-Carnitine and CLA is perfect, and I formerly was taking L-Carnitine in pure powder form -yuck, and CLA in pill form, but my stomach was never happy. With the Carnatine Cooler, I have no issues, and I love it!

Looks like they've added CLA. I just ordered up to try that mix. The previous mix was definately good and the blue shark was a fun flavour.
