Ingredients

 

  • 1 scoop High Whey Protein (Vanilla Cake or Maple Syrup Donut)
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
