with 28gr of protein in each shake, I get the protein portion I need so there's nothing to complain about haha
the fact that it is gluten free is such a relief. I ordered it right away. it is a good whey powder
it mixes smoothly with milk or water. the taste is ok
i added the powder to my cake batter and it turned out perfect. I loved it. you can also add in on yogurt or other desserts I guess it should be delicious
I ordered the chocolate cake because you can never go wrong with chocolate. the taste and mixability are acceptable
the powder dissolves perfectly in water and milk and leaves no foam. I use a normal shaker and my protein shake is ready in no time
the chocolate banana tastes amazing
with 28g of protein, why would I resist? but I wish u guys had as many flavors with Iso whey as you have with High Whey. I mean the flavors still have good variety but it gets kind of boring after some time.
