I have been using ISO Whey for the past 2 years, almost every day. Unlike, other brands out there this one doesn’t cause me any stomach issues. I have tried so many protein powder in a search of the one that doesn’t cause me any stomach problems and is also quality product. THIS IS THE ONE!
I’d give this a 3.5 - 4 out of 5. The flavour is good, not the best for mixing In a shaker cup because of the xantham gum. Would personally rather not have that in my isolate compared the high whey which shakes up much easier because of not having xantham gum On the plus side however, it does make for great blended shakes and thickens my oatmeal well. So there are pros and cons to it.
